Headed to the Mayweather vs. Ortiz fight

Toady was a very productive day. We had a special training bright and early in the morning with our senior business partners. They really gave us a lot of new tools to put in our toolbox where we lead with our awesome web portal. Then when got together as a team to practice what we learned this morning. We ordered some discount restaurant tickets from our portal and ate really good at the rattle snake club in Detroit. The food was the bomb.  Now we're headed to my partners house to watch the  Floyd Mayweather vs. Victor Ortiz fight; a good way to end a good day.

The Bad News Bears Are Back

Everybody is talking about The Lion King 3d but the hottest story in town is the return of the Bad News Bears. The bears as we remember were always crying and sulking about what was wrong and what they could not do in the beginning but in the end they became a force, they got stronger because of the trails and tribulations they went through as the laughing stock of the league.

The Bad News Bears is the term I gave my team a few years ago when they would cry like babies and say thing like people don't want to buy from me or I can't talk to people. They would cry I'm not a sales person. They would say I can't afford to go to Miami this February for convention ( I'm thinking Miami in February, how hard is it to make that happen) or they would let life continually kick that a**. They did not have a reason bigger than life.

Thank GOD for small miracles. I knew 2 years ago that these guys and gals had heart and now I feel it. They keep showing up and I see they mean business and we all know know how the story ended with the bears. I love my team and I'm really excited about the future and looking forward to changing lives with this opportunity. The Lion King may be the place to be this weekend but the real story is the return of the Bad News Bears, coming soon to your town.

PMG Announces Major Plant Closings

The Postmaster General announced today that because of the dire financial situation that almost 3/4 of all post offices will be closing starting spring 2012. This move will displace thousand of postal employees as well as customers. They both will have to commute future to work or do business as a result.

One of the main reasons for this move is that people are paying more bills online and moving to other online business models to communicate and conduct business. The post office was slow in adapting and finds itself not being able to compete.

In the Great Lake Area, the Detroit, Jackson, Flint, Lansing, Gaylord and Saginaw plants are all being studied for closing next year,. In total across the nation between 30-35 thousand employees will be affected. The post office hopes that many of the employees who are eligible to retire will, but because of a lot of peoples financial condition, that won't happen. It's sad that people have to work when they really want to retire and relax a bit.

Today was another rollar coaster day for me. What started as a blue, down kinda day ended with a bang. The day got better as I was talking to my business coach who in less than 30 mins gave me some powerful tips to move my biz forward. I thank GOD that I overcame the weak minded temptation to miss the call because I was filling blue.

Great Customer Service is Not Dead

My computer died on me the other day so I was a little off the weekend as far as making money online. I was able to use my girls computer but it's not the same. I have my passwords and tabs set just the way I like on mine and hers runs slower which really sucks. I thought it was her computer that was slow but after talking to a friend I think all communications may be off a little at this time.

I'm happy to say that thanks to Fred Gordon at Computer Troubleshooters I can get back to making money. Fred does great work, was fast and the price was right. Thanks again Fred

Say It Aint So...The Post Office Is Broke!

OMG, talk about timing, just as the United States Postal Service begins negotiations with its labor unions we hear all over the net that the post office is broke. How could that be, with the brilliant minds and excellent leadership skills displayed by those who run the place. When companies like GM and the PO start crying broke things don't usually bode well for the retirees. Those folks believe that after working 40 plus years for the company that all would be well and they can kick back and enjoy the golden years but sad to say, it don't work like that. Instead of  looking for that "good government job" maybe folks should consider the benefits of a home based business or consider starting an internet franchise  system.

The meeting I had with my team was very productive on Saturday. I want to thank them for suggesting that we get together to get everyone refocused and on one accord. When we all work together any and everything is possible. They want to meet again this coming Saturday and are really serious about making some things happen. I always said we have a solid foundation to be great when we realize what we have our hands on and go to work, I just need to keep some charcoal on the fire...

"The Best Business In the Industry"

Tonight I went to take a look a friends opportunity to see what she is so excited about as well as pick up a few pointers on hosting a home business presentation. I have to say the presenter was good. He was very knowledgeable about the network marketing industry and  gave me a new way of presenting the cash flow quadrant. The quadrant shows the four ways people make money which are being an employee, being self employed, owning a business (with a system) and being an investor. It was good to see it presented in a different way.

The main premise of the business was to find four coffee drinkers who wanted to build a business. When you find these people fast you can recoup your $400 start up. The next goal was to get 12 people (personal sponsored)  who are looking to build a business so you can start making some real money. It was right at this moment that I got soooooo excited about the Market America business system.

Its so refreshing to have a business based on what average people can accomplish. Its really cool to have over 2,000 market driven products that people want. Its so good to have an internet based business so we can expand world wide quickly. I can go on and on about our 20 year track record, upcoming China expansion, purchase of shop.com but for now I'll say I'm so glad to have a meeting scheduled with my business partners tomorrow to get them refocused on mining the gold in our mines.

Baby Boomers Need To Look Good

Everywhere you look you see a baby boomer, someone born between 1946-1964. There are a lot of boomers hitting their early 50's this year. You can tell a boomer by the things they talk about like their children going to college or what their planning to do with their grandchildren.

Boomers should be looking forward to enjoying retirement. After working for 40+ years it would be nice to kick back and enjoy the golden years. For many people retirement is not and option because of the recent housing  and financial crisis. Instead of traveling the world you often see older folks as greeters at Walmart or working at Micky D's  (real estate play?)

Although boomers may have to work until they die they want to look and feel good as they age. Us boomers are living longer because of some of the recent medical advances so since we are going to be around longer we should strive to have the best health and feel good while we work, or play...
